There's something about Joni's voice... complete devotion to every word, such depth of emotion. It gives even her "happy" songs like this one such a sense of regret and longing. And can you believe her pitch??? Wow.

We played this song after our wedding ceremony as we walked together back down the aisle. "oh won't you stay we'll put on the day and we'll wear it til the night comes" :)
